Showcasing Innovative Logistics Solutions at KINTEX, Ilsan from March 31 to April 3
Leading the Way in Carbon Neutrality with Reusable Packaging That Replaces Single-Use Stretch Film
Juyoung PNS announced on the 22nd that it will participate in the 'Korea International Logistics Exhibition (KOREA MAT 2026),' held at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi-do, from March 31 to April 3, to unveil its innovative eco-friendly pallet packaging material, 'Eco-Bundle.'
At this exhibition, Juyoung PNS plans to captivate visitors by presenting a sustainable packaging solution that can drastically reduce waste generation, a chronic problem in logistics sites.

'Eco-Bundle,' the Eco-Friendly Pallet Packaging Developed by Juyoung PNS
The company's core product, 'Eco-Bundle,' is a reusable, eco-friendly packaging material developed to replace the single-use stretch film (plastic wrap) traditionally used to secure palletized cargo in logistics sites.
Sustainability through Durability: Crafted from high-strength materials capable of being reused hundreds of times, it fundamentally prevents the massive amounts of plastic waste discarded every year.
Operational Efficiency: It adopts a proprietary buckle system that allows anyone to pack and unpack items quickly and easily. Compared to traditional wrapping tasks that require skill, it significantly reduces both labor intensity and working time.
Cost-Effectiveness: Cost savings come as a bonus. It is highly economical, as the long-term savings on consumable purchases far outweigh the initial investment. In particular, it can be manufactured with highly breathable mesh material, making it optimized for transporting fresh food or agricultural produce that requires the prevention of condensation.

Juyoung PNS plans to use its participation in the Korea International Logistics Exhibition as a springboard to spread a new paradigm of "eco-friendly packaging" across both domestic and global logistics markets. At a time when ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management has become essential worldwide, the Eco-Bundle is expected to become a key tool in helping companies achieve their carbon emission reduction targets.
In addition to the Eco-Bundle, the company will introduce its 'Guard On' pallet securing belt and wide-width automatic bar belt products. 'Guard On' is a new concept in pallet securing, designed to pursue both stability and efficiency in logistics operations. By significantly increasing the belt width from the standard 25–38mm to 75mm, it ensures that boxes are not crushed or damaged even when tightened firmly. Notably, it features a quick-release buckle system for easy installation and removal.
The wide-width automatic bar belt also increases the belt width to 75mm compared to the conventional 50mm products, allowing it to distribute the load when securing pallets during truck transportation. It is designed to be perfectly compatible with existing ratchet buckles. The company noted that "Company A," which currently uses their wide-width automatic bar belts, has reduced pallet damage rates by approximately 60%.
Park Jeong-gu, CEO of Juyoung PNS, expressed his ambition, stating, "This exhibition will serve as an opportunity to prove that the Eco-Bundle is an innovative solution that goes beyond being a mere packaging material, capable of simultaneously capturing logistics efficiency and environmental protection. Through this participation, I will bring a new wave of innovation to the logistics market both at home and abroad."
Meanwhile, Juyoung PNS plans to operate a demonstration zone at its booth during the exhibition, where visitors can try out the Eco-Bundle themselves and experience its convenience compared to traditional stretch film.
